JRK Enterprise was originally established in 1996 to provide reliable and reasonably priced property maintenance for home owner and investment property owners.
I started this company in 1996. My goal is to provide property maintenance services for home owners and investment property owners which is reliable and reasonably priced. In 2001 I began working with a local Propert Management Company as their maintenance supervisor. With my experience working at a Property Management Company I understand the need of home owners and investment property owners to have access to affordable maintenance for their property. I reopened this business in January 2007 after realizing that affordable and reliable maintenance services had become almost impossible to find in the Santa Fe Real Estate market.
JRK Enterprise is registered with the City of Santa Fe License # 08-00034448. And registered with the Construction Industries of the State of New Mexico Certificate # 3081.
